Who We Are
We wish we could say that Lussoria Hospitality was a planned, well-executed business and the dream of our founder, but we can’t! Because we came about almost by accident. Third generation hotelier Olivier Bottois, apprenticed at the French presidential Elysee Palace, Hotel Ritz Paris, George V Paris, The Connaught London, and Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, before joining The Peninsula New York, and ultimately Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for ten years. Known for his experience in luxury, hospitality, marketing, positioning, fine dining and wine, and we can’t tell you which one he does the best!
Meet Our Founder
During his years as a hotelier, managing luxurious properties around the world, Olivier met many talented individuals. He has worked with and selected the cream of his professional crop, and over the years, they became a team.
Decades passed and he met his wife Delia, who, although from a media and marketing, PR background, used her skills to become part of the team with Olivier’s associates. She later, “nick named” Olivier, “The Fixer” as that is what he always did. Enter properties, turn them around with his brilliant team, then return them as profitable businesses. Many times, Olivier would go in as a consultant and oversee the transformation as a General Manager or a Managing Director. So a transition happened. Delia now heads the team providing an all round hospitality service.
